Mary is an HR Consultant for Blue Horizon Money Lending responsible for handling all HR issues with BHML
She is an HR Professional currently working with Universal Merchant Bank (UMB) as Human Resource Business Partner. Prior to working with UMB Mary worked as an HR Relationship Manager at Standard Chartered Bank where she managed relationships with various department.
Mary also has expertise in HR Policy/Systems design, Salary/Benefits Survey and administration, Resourcing, management of Performance Management System; development of job descriptions, job analysis and evaluation. She has facilitated training on the vision, mission, values and also on performance management. Mary has experience in the design of HR policies/Procedures.
Mary has an MSC Human Resources from the Cardiff University Wales UK and B. A Secretary ship from the University of Cape Coast and is also a member of the Institute of Human Resource Practititioners, Ghana.
