As part of our resolve to eradicate poverty in our communities, we have redefined our credit with education methodology to include more women in our rural communities.
We are striving to increase the ratio of women to men to 95:5 by 2030. This means that we have to continuously engage the economically active poor across the regions where we operate and to extend our operations to other regions of the country.
My sincere gratitude especially goes to our staff who defy all odds and travel on the average 120km daily on deplorable roads to remote villages where access to portable drinking water and electricity is non existing to serve our clients and to help ensure that lives are being transformed.
Our desire is to see the businesses of our clients grow from strength to strength. It is exciting to know that our daily work activities at BHM help to put a smile on a woman’s face.
We will continue with our product innovation so that all stakeholders can equally benefit from our services.
